You must be authorized to act on behalf of your firm to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
As between you and us, your firm retains ownership of the data you connect and the work product you generate. Sarvos is a tool to assist qualified professionals; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising independent professional judgment. Sarvos does not provide legal advice.
We retain all rights in the Sarvos platform, software, and brand. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the service as described.
Your use of connected systems and AI providers is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and must be verified by a qualified professional.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
